Dear parents/guardians,





We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. We were disappointed that we were not able to return to school for the month of June, however, it is comforting to know we are heading into the summer months with low numbers of COVID cases in our region. 

Below is a schedule of designated times and dates to arrive for your children’s personal belongings.  This year is a bit different than last as there will be no entry to the school building.  We are going to run it like a curbside pickup, where you would pull into the school parking lot from the north entrance and park along the u shaped parking lot.  You will be greeted by a NAEC volunteer and we would then go collect your son/daughter’s belongings.  Note:  If you have more than one child, please indicate this along with the names and grades of your children.  

For Secondary students that have a locker, you will be parking in the staff/student parking lot.  When you are greeted by a NAEC volunteer, you will need to provide them with a name, locker number and combination so that your items can be collected for you.

We have all probably been through the curbside pickup experience at some point, so we are asking for your patience as you wait for your turn.  This would also be the opportunity to return devices such as Chromebooks, iPads, guitars and any books that you have borrowed from the school.  Getting these resources back is extremely important for next school year.

Furthermore, there will be alternative days for both elementary and secondary students if you were not able to make it to your scheduled time. Elementary alternative days will be Thursday, June 24th and Monday, June 28th.  Secondary alternative day pickup will be Wednesday, June 23rd.  If you are coming on the alternative day, we ask that you ring the buzzer at the front of the school so that you can be assisted.  

Please remember that COVID protocols must be followed. Ensure that you have completed the screening for symptoms before you arrive and if you are experiencing any symptoms then we can arrange another time for pick up and drop off.
