Black, Indigenous, and Racialized Career Day - October 29, 2025

This empowering event is designed for Black, Indigenous, and Racialized LDSB secondary school students to highlight diverse voices and break down barriers by showcasing successful Black, Indigenous, and Racialized professionals across a wide range of industries.

Lunch and snacks provided.

Students will learn about:

• Scholarship opportunities
• Post-secondary Planning (Guidance Counsellors)
• Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program
• NEW Queen’s Black Mentorship Program
• Specialist High Skills Major
• Other local employers

Time: 8:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. - Tett Centre, 370 King Street West
